about bookings and payments

how do i book my space for an experience?


head over to the individual experience page and click the "book now" button, which brings you to a google form to fill up and submit - we will advise you on the subsequent steps via email within three (3) working days upon receiving your successful form submission.


kindly note that successful form submission does not secure your space in the experience - your space is only confirmed upon receiving payment of the non-refundable deposit.

can i book for two (or more) participants in one booking?


our current booking system does not support booking of multiple participants in the same booking.


if you wish to book for two (2) to four (4) participants, kindly make separate bookings for each participant.


if you wish to book in a group of more than four (4) participants, get in touch with us here and we will assist you within three (3) working days.


how do i make a payment?

about cancellations and refunds

if i am unable to participate in an experience after my space is confirmed, can i transfer my space to someone else?


yes, absolutely! get in touch with us here and we will assist you within three (3) working days.


if i am unable to participate in an experience after my space is confirmed, can i ask for a refund?


payments are eligible for refunds if cancellation is made sixty one (61) days or more prior to the experience start date - get in touch with us here and we will assist you within three (3) working days.


payments are strictly not refundable if cancellation is made sixty (60) days or less prior to the experience start date.


the deposit paid upon booking is non-refundable, but may be rolled over to subsequent experiences under special circumstances upon case by case consideration.

about experiences

are there any prerequisites to participate in an experience?


unless specified otherwise, all experiences are designed to be suitable for participants of all fitness levels.


upon booking, you will be asked to provide details on your current fitness level, please be as honest as possible - we are dedicated to making adjustments accordingly and delivering a meaningful experience for you, regardless of your fitness level.


come as you are, and allow us to take care of the rest!


can i participate in an experience if i have injuries or special conditions?


your health and safety is our utmost priority. 


if you have existing injuries or special conditions, we highly recommend that you consult your doctor or healthcare practitioner and obtain the necessary clearance before participating in any experience.


it is your responsibility to inform present experiences or the instructor(s) of the injuries or special conditions - we will advise you of suitable modifications to our best knowledge.


no one knows your body better than you do, therefore, please listen to your own body and take the necessary precautions, including rest, when participating.


can i participate in an experience if i am pregnant?


your health and safety is our utmost priority. 


if you are pregnant, we highly recommend that you consult your doctor or healthcare practitioner and obtain the necessary clearance before participating in any experience.


it is your responsibility to inform present experiences or the instructor(s) of the pregnancy - we will advise you of suitable modifications to our best knowledge.


you should be fully aware of the risks involved upon participation, and it is your responsibility to practice the modifications with caution.


no one knows your body better than you do, therefore, please listen to your own body and take the necessary precautions, including rest, when participating.

what is included in the experience package?


the total price paid for one (1) experience package accounts for one (1) space on the experience, which covers stay, meals, classes, activities and other inclusions detailed in the individual experience page.


insurance is not included in the experience package, but highly recommended for ultimate protection.


what do i need to bring to the experience?


you will receive a non-exhaustive list of suggested items to bring along with you to the experience via email before the experience start date.


due to hygiene considerations in the battle against the spread of covid-19, we kindly ask that you bring and use your own mats and/or props.


most importantly, come with an open heart and an open mind.

how do i get to the experience venue?


transportation is not included in the experience package - it is your responsibility to arrange for transportation to and from the experience venue.

about overnight stay

can i request which room i wish to stay in?


all available room and bedding options are detailed in the individual experience page - you will be asked to indicate your preference upon booking.


all rooms and bedding are allocated on a first come, first serve basis - if your preferred room and/or bedding option is unavailable, we will advise you via email within three (3) working days upon receiving your successful form submission.


should you have any requests for your stay, kindly specify upon booking.


while we aim to accommodate these requests to our best abilities, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.


can i request to stay with my family and/or friends?


most definitely! kindly specify who your roommate(s) is/are upon booking.


if you do not specify who you wish to share your room or bed with, we will assign other participant(s) to share the room or bed with you.


can i stay alone?


if single room options are available for the experience, kindly indicate your preference upon booking.


If only shared room options are available for the experience, get in touch with us here and we will assist you within three (3) working days.


can i come alone but stay in a shared room?


sure! experiences are great opportunities to meet and interact with new people within the community.


we are happy to assign other participant(s) to share the room or bed with you if you do not specify who you wish to share your room or bed with.

please select "female", "male" or "either" upon booking to give us an idea of which gender you will be comfortable sharing with.

about virtual experiences

how do i access the class?

all classes will be held virtually via zoom. we highly recommend to have the zoom application downloaded on your device(s) for ease of accessing the classes.

the zoom link will be sent to you via email one (1) hour before the class commences. if your space has been confirmed but you did not receive the zoom link within one (1) hour before class commencement, please email us at presentexperiences.co@gmail.com.

do i need to turn my camera on?

​we encourage you to turn your camera if your network allows, as we will be able to provide more personalised form guidance from time to time. however, if you feel uncomfortable with the camera turned on, feel free to turn it off.

can my family member(s) join the class? do they need to pay any additional fees?

​your family members may join the class with no additional fees, as long as you are staying together and using the same zoom account.

do i need to prepare any props for the class?

​you will need a mat, additional props (blocks, straps, bolster) are optional. you will be informed beforehand if specific props are needed for the class, but options will be given if you do not have the props ready.


if i am unable to participate in the class after my space is confirmed, can i ask for a refund?

​payments are strictly not refundable, but you may transfer your space to someone else. email us at presentexperiences.co@gmail.com at least two (2) hours before class and we will get you sorted.

​we will also be sending out class recordings that will be accessible for twenty four (24) hours in case you missed the class, or if you simply want to practice again.

if there are any disruptions to the class, can i ask for a refund?

unless the technical difficulty arose from our end, payments are strictly not refundable. if you experience any disruptions during the class, email us at presentexperiences.co@gmail.com.
